PROS provides revenue management and pricing optimization software serving industries from airlines to manufacturing. At the heart of their platform is a data management application where customers upload datasets to power pricing algorithms and business intelligence across the PROS ecosystem. In early 2024, I led the complete redesign of this critical application, transforming it from a basic file upload tool into a comprehensive data operations platform with AI-assisted workflows.

Transformed a legacy component library serving 10+ products into a modern, token-based design system that bridges the gap between design (Figma) and development (React/SCSS). The project unified fragmented components under a single design language while maintaining backward compatibility across multiple product teams.

Architected a scalable multi-brand design system serving airline clients, each requiring unique visual identity while maintaining PROS product consistency. The system enables rapid brand customization without code changes, reducing theming effort from 3 weeks to 3 days per airline brand.

Designed and built a no-code drag-and-drop application builder that reduced custom form development time from 4 weeks to 1 hour. Easy Builder enabled non-technical presales professionals to create production-ready business applications during client meetings, becoming a key market differentiator for RunMyProcess.
